Acceptance of Terms

By using Pling, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use our service.

Services

Pling offers a real-time application for sales teams that visualizes performance in a playful way through competitions, gamification, and visual feedback. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any security breaches or unauthorized use of your account.

Payment and Subscription

Some parts of our service are offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payment terms are based on your selected payment method and may be governed by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer, or other provider of your selected payment method.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When your subscription is canceled, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.

User Content

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make certain information available. You are responsible for the content that you post on or through the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these terms. You may not:

• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automated device to access the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service.
• Circumvent or manipulate our service's structure, presentation, or functionality.
• Use the service to send spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
